At GymWithJam, I understand the importance of training that promotes healing and prevents future injuries. My injury rehabilitation and prevention programs are designed from experience in physical therapy and sports rehabilitation. creating low-impact exercises and stretching routines that help you recover from injuries, improve mobility, and reduce pain. My specialist area is in knees as this is an injury I have dealt with myself, taking myself from not being able to walk up and down stairs to comfortably running half marathons!
