The first three names that come to my mind are Chris Bumstead, Andrew Huberman, and Jeff Nippard. I admire them all for different reasons. What really fascinates me is the science behind how our bodies function both mentally and physically. I enjoy learning about the optimal ways to take care of ourselves on a day-to-day basis! The purpose of the consultation is for me to get to know you and your goals and needs better. The consultation usually takes around 30 minutes and allows me to gain a better understanding of your lifestyle, previous experiences, barriers, and motivators. This way, I can create the best possible service for you! We can do the consultation in person or online, whichever works best for you.

My online coaching service includes a personalized monthly training program that’s designed to help you reach your goals. The program evolves with your progress through the use of periodization, so your training is always heading in the right direction. You’ll also get access to a progress tracker that you can update daily to help build new habits, as well as a scientific client analysis document that explains the reasoning behind your program and provides nutritional advice too!

Also as someone who has previously suffered knee and shoulder injuries I hold pretty extensive knowledge in rehab to help bulletproof your joints!
