Q: What is your main goal as a personal trainer?

My ultimate goal is to positively impact as many lives as possible! To achieve this, I aim to help people learn to love the journey towards their goals and find joy in everyday life. I firmly believe that the gym can have a tremendously positive impact on mental health, and that a healthy body leads to a healthy mind. Start now!

Q: Who are my fitness related idols/inspirations?

The first three names that come to my mind are Chris Bumstead, Andrew Huberman, and Jeff Nippard. I admire them all for different reasons. What really fascinates me is the science behind how our bodies function both mentally and physically. I enjoy learning about the optimal ways to take care of ourselves on a day-to-day basis! Q: Do you offer group training?

I offer training in small groups of up to 3, this service is at a discounted price per person but allows you to still learn new exercises in the gym with your friends, family or your other half! Begin now .

Q: Do you offer custom training?

Simply contact me with your request and I can explain what I offer outside my bronze, silver and gold packages.

Q: How does the consultation work?

The purpose of the consultation is for me to get to know you and your goals and needs better. The consultation usually takes around 30 minutes and allows me to gain a better understanding of your lifestyle, previous experiences, barriers, and motivators. This way, I can create the best possible service for you! We can do the consultation in person or online, whichever works best for you.

Q: What is a mental health personal trainer?

I'm not just a personal trainer, I'm also qualified in counselling. Having struggled with my own mental health in the past, I'm passionate about bringing happiness and helping others through their own struggles. As a mental health personal trainer, I strive to support both physical and mental wellbeing, to positively impact people's lives and help them achieve their best! Begin your journey .
