My name is Jamie but you can call me GymWithJam. I once had low self-esteem, low confidence and general poor mental health, I was also fairly skinny with no real gym knowledge.

 

However, over my years of training my mindset has completely changed and have built a physique I am proud of and have become a much happier person in life and in myself.

My ultimate goal is to positively impact as many lives as possible! To achieve this, I aim to help people learn to love the journey towards their goals and find joy in everyday life. I firmly believe that the gym can have a tremendously positive impact on mental health, and that a healthy body leads to a healthy mind. Start now!

The first three names that come to my mind are Chris Bumstead, Andrew Huberman, and Jeff Nippard. I admire them all for different reasons. What really fascinates me is the science behind how our bodies function both mentally and physically. I enjoy learning about the optimal ways to take care of ourselves on a day-to-day basis!
