I firmly believe that the gym can have a tremendously positive impact on mental health, and that a healthy body leads to a healthy mind. Start now!

The first three names that come to my mind are Chris Bumstead, Andrew Huberman, and Jeff Nippard. I admire them all for different reasons. What really fascinates me is the science behind how our bodies function both mentally and physically. I enjoy learning about the optimal ways to take care of ourselves on a day-to-day basis!
