This is my 6 month transformation! 6 months ago I was struggling with poor mental health, was barely training properly, pretty much gave up on myself.
I am now in pretty good shape, my mental health is the best it’s ever been. I feel much more disciplined! Looking forward for what the next 6 months has in hold for me as I start my lean bulk.

“Really helped me break through”
I had been struggling to get in shape on my own for a while, but my personal trainer really helped me break through. He really took the time to get to know me and my fitness goals, and developed a customized workout plan. He was also very supportive and motivating, and always made sure to keep our sessions interesting and fun. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to get in shape!

Really enjoyed Pt sessions with Jamie and his gym programme he made me with a progress tracker and calculated how many calories I should be eating for my goal and protein intake I should aim for. This all made making progress a lot easier and in his sessions he explains what exercises are targeting what muscle groups that build your desired body which really helped me I used to waste a lot of time on equipment I don’t need to be using. He’s very friendly and would 100% recommend.
