So whether you’re older and dealing with muscle loss or younger and looking to start enjoying the gym, I have the scientific knowledge to support your goals and needs! Let’s get started.
The purpose of the consultation is for me to get to know you and your goals and needs better. The consultation usually takes around 30 minutes and allows me to gain a better understanding of your lifestyle, previous experiences, barriers, and motivators. This way, I can create the best possible service for you! We can do the consultation in person or online, whichever works best for you.
There is many different training styles/types of training all of which I have an great understanding of! whether you are looking to build your muscular strength through resistance training or build your cardiovascular levels through aerobic training! Also as someone who has previously suffered knee and shoulder injuries I hold pretty extensive knowledge in rehab to help bulletproof your joints!
